The Multi-Sport Kids Academy was born out of frustration with Sydney's school system, where academic results take priority and physical activity is often treated as an afterthought. Launched in October 2024, it gives parents and children a better option: high-quality, fun and educational physical development led by experienced athletic coaches who genuinely care about kids being fast, fit and healthy.
Focused on the critical development window between ages 5 and 12 — when movement habits are formed, skills are sharpened and confidence is built — their programs cover speed, agility, strength, coordination, balance, and stamina. What started as an after-school athletic development program has grown to include school holiday clinics, with an ambition to expand across every school in Sydney.
When I came on board, their day-to-day operations ran almost entirely on spreadsheets and manual emails — a disjointed website, no centralised system, and every registration and enquiry handled by hand. I replaced the entire stack: rebuilt the website, implemented a CRM, connected lead capture forms, built automation workflows, and integrated payment pages so the full registration journey happens in one connected flow without anyone touching a spreadsheet.
The website and CRM were built together rather than bolted on separately — which meant every form submission, registration, and payment was connected from day one. No manual data entry, no leads lost between systems.
